At Callaway Irons Golf Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- The item must not be listed as non-returnable (see below)
- You must provide proof of purchase
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account.
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item for a different product or size, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. Processing time for exchanges is typically 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot refund original shipping fees. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
