Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Golf gloves
  • Personalized or customized items

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible until the item reaches us.

  5. Processing: We’ll inspect the item upon arrival and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • For exchanges, we cover shipping costs to send your replacement item
  • International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (original shipping fees cannot be refunded)

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account

Exchange Information

  • Exchanged items will be shipped once we receive your return
  • Processing time for exchanges is typically 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
