• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 International Orders

We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

4.3 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. To initiate a return:

3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Golf gloves
• Personalized or customized items

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

5.4 Exchanges

For exchanges, we cover shipping costs to send your replacement item. Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
